Stir-fried fried Tilapia fish in light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar put holy basil to add aroma
Ingredients
Tilapia Fish fillets 450 g
Tempura Flour 50 g
Vegetable Oil 750 ml
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
White Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 tsp
1 Onion
8 Chilies
6 cloves of garlic
Basil leaves
Prepare Tilapia Fish
Tilapia fillets. use kitchen paper to absorb the water from the fish fillets. and cut into bite-sized pieces
Put the fish in a mixing bowl, add the tempura flour, and mix until the tempura flour sticks to the thin fish. Remove the fish fillets from the mixing bowl and place to a plate.
Put vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and heat it up. Put the fish fillets into the frying pan. Use a ladle to spread the fish until it sinks into the oil every piece (do not stir often because it may cause the fish fillet to break unattractive).
Fry until golden and brown. Remove the fish from the oil put in a colander

In a pan over high heat, add olive oil. (You can use vegetable oil for stir-frying as you like) heat up, add chopped chili. followed by chopped garlic Stir until fragrant. Put onion slices. Stir-fry until fragrant, reduce heat high to medium add soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce stir the ingredients combine well.
Put the fried tilapia stir-fry until the sauce coats the fried tilapia .
Add basil leaves Stir-fry until the basil leaves give off a fragrant aroma, and you’re done.
